Full Description

1 LONGRIGG
CLACHAN
BY TARBERT

1 Longrigg is a wonderfully presented 3 BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED property located in the quiet village of Clachan. The accommodation consists of large living room with fireplace and windows to both front and rear, fitted kitchen with access to back garden, entrance hall and double bedroom. Upstairs you will find a further large double bedroom, a smaller, 3rd bedroom and the family bathroom with white suit and over bath shower.  The property benefits from full double glazing and oil fired central heating throughout.

The garden grounds extend both to the front and rear with the bonus of being on the end of the row being the large portion of ground to the North gable.

Clachan has a small general store and post office housed within the petrol station. There are good communications with 5 buses daily from Glasgow to Campbeltown. Lochgilphead, 28 miles north on the A83 has a wider range of amenities including swimming pool, sports centre and hospital. The headquarters of Argyll & Bute Council is also to be found in Lochgilphead together with large departments in both NHS and Forestry Commission. Leisure enthusiasts are well catered for in the area. Tarbert (14 miles North) is well known for its festivals, ranging from the annual seafood festival to the recently inaugurated Book weekend. Sailors flock to the area with it’s moorings and good sailing directly into Loch Fyne and the Clyde estuary. Golfers are not to be disappointed here either. Tarbert has it’s own challenging 9 hole course with others available at Lochgilphead and Carradale (both also 9 Holes) and further south Machrihanish Golf club, the new Machrihanish Dunes and Dunaverty at Southend all providing varying layouts and spectacular scenery.

This family home is likely to attract high levels of interest form near and far and as such we would strongly suggest early viewing to avoid disappointment.
