Muasdale  village is some 15 miles from Campbeltown on the West coast of the Kintyre peninsula.  The village is a useful touring base with ferry terminals for Islay, Gigha, Arran and Portavadie all within half an hours drive.  Muasdale has its own Doctors surgery  and a licensed village store which is very popular and well stocked promoting fresh, locally sourced produce as well as a variety of  other goods.  The local airport has twice daily flights to and from Glasgow and is only a short  20 minute drive away.   Driving time to Glasgow is a comfortable  2 ½ hours.
