A sweeping staircase leads to the first floor accommodation of a wonderfully bright drawing room overlooking the loch towards Davaar Island and three bright airy bedrooms each having spacious modern en suites and superb elevated views. A door from the landing leads to a staircase which accesses a further bedroom and storage area on the Attic floor.
The garden grounds are on two levels with a large expanse of lawn at the front to the east of the access drive which leads up from Low Askomil and accesses the main house as well as a DETACHED ANNEXE having two bright airy rooms with south facing windows as well as a bathroom. The rear courtyard has steps leading to a further two areas of lawn, a large greenhouse and the remains of a Victorian greenhouse, which is in need of repair but is still a beautiful feature within the grounds.
